When you register on Jumia, note that one account you created will be linked to all Jumia services like JumiaPay, Jumia Food and so on.
To register on Jumia, follow the steps below:
Visit Jumia Home Page
To start your registration on Jumia, you have to visit Jumia page using your Jumia Mobile App or through the Jumia official website on a browser.
Click on the “Account” icon to access the registration page.
First, click on the “Account” icon and you will see a drop-down men. There, you click on “My Account” as you can see on the image above to access the registration page. If you have already started shopping without an account, you will be required to create one when you are checking out.
Enter your “Email address”
Next, you enter your valid and accessible email address and click the “Continue” button. Make sure that the email address you use is accessible since you may be required to activate your account through a mail sent to your email address. Make sure the email address you are using to register has not been used to register another account on Jumia, else Jumia will redirect you to “Login” page and demand you enter your password to login.

2. Choose the country from where you want to sell on Jumia ( available countries are Algeria, Egypt, Ghana, Ivory Coast, Kenya, Morocco, Nigeria, Senegal, South Africa, Tunisia, and Uganda) then click on START NOW button.
3. Add Seller Account Information which include: Shop Name, Select if you’re an Individual or Business Entity/Company, Account Manager First and Last Name, Account manager phone number, Email Address, Retype Email Address, Password, Retype Password, E-Contract Jumia (your Country Name).
4. Add Business Information which include: If you have shops, your address, City/Town, your shops’ registration documents, your tax details, etc.
5. Provide bank account details
6. You see summary of detail you have provided and if they are correct, you click on “SUBMIT” button.
How to Register on Jumia Nigeria
To register on Jumia Nigeria, follow the steps below:
1. Visit Jumia Home Page
2. Click on the “Account” icon to access the registration page.
3. Enter your “Email address”
4. Choose and Enter your “Password”
5. Confirm the registration from your email account
How to Register on Jumia as a Vendor
To register on Jumia as a vendor, follow the steps below:
1. Visit Jumia Market place official website
2. Choose the country from where you want to sell on Jumia ( available countries are Algeria, Egypt, Ghana, Ivory Coast, Kenya, Morocco, Nigeria, Senegal, South Africa, Tunisia, and Uganda) then click on START NOW button.

How to Register on Jumia Pay
You cannot register separate on Jumia Pay. When you have registered on Jumia as described above, you will use the details from such account to login to Jumia Pay.
