However, those who use gadgets that require more power than 800W 716Wh will probably want to stay away from both Bluetti EB70 and Bluetti EB70S power stations. Interestingly, Bluetti EP500 and Bluetti EP500 Pro are makeups for the deficiencies of these Bluetti EB70 and EB70S.

Both models have unveiled many promising new features that are particular to them, unlike other brands of portable power station. Like the LiFePO4 battery technology, the feature which Bluetti portable power stations unique, beating other giants like Odeer and Nexus.
Most of our complaints for both Bluetti EB70 and EB70S sets gear around power rating – they can’t carry heavy appliances like refrigerators, fans or heaters that consume power beyond 800W 716Wh. And if you are committed to heavy appliances, Bluetti EP500 or Bluetti EP500 Pro may be the best choice for you.
Bluetti EB70S will go big on lightweight, and if you are more of living in a cloudy place than a sunny place, EB70S may be more what you are after. This is because, Bluetti EB70S charges faster with solar power than EB70. The little sunlight you get will go a long way to have the power station charged.
Bluetti EB70 will also generally be a bit cheaper than EB70S since the latter is an upgrade of the former. Thus, EB70S will surely cost more than EB70.
If you’re not looking for specific features, you can’t go wrong with either. But do make sure you look out for key differences in the charge time, body volume, thickness and width, that’s where one might tip the scales for you when you’re looking for a new Bluetti EB70 or EB70S power station.
