Whereas Bluetti EB70 and EB70S are for moderate power consuming appliances, Bluetti EP500 and Bluetti EP500 Pro are available to support heavy appliances like refrigerator, fans, heater, and others.
Most of our complaints for both Bluetti EB70 and EB70S sets gear around power rating – they can’t carry heavy appliances like refrigerators, fans or heaters that consume power beyond 800W 716Wh. And if you are committed to heavy appliances, Bluetti EP500 or Bluetti EP500 Pro may be the best choice for you.
Bluetti EB70S will go big on lightweight, and if you are more of living in a cloudy place than a sunny place, EB70S may be more what you are after. This is because, Bluetti EB70S charges faster with solar power than EB70. The little sunlight you get will go a long way to have the power station charged.
Bluetti EB70 will also generally be a bit cheaper than EB70S since the latter is an upgrade of the former. Thus, EB70S will surely cost more than EB70.
